Why We Built EuroPassions

EuroPassions started in 2019 because international dating had three recurring failure points. Mainstream swipe apps burned men out with low reply rates and no way to filter for people open to a relationship abroad. Older international sites charged per message, which rewarded endless chat instead of real meetings. And romance fraud kept costing serious people real money.

How We Verify Profiles - Not a European Marriage Agency

Verification at EuroPassions runs in four ordered steps. Each one removes a different category of fake account before it reaches a member.

    New accounts are checked for disposable email domains, duplicate registrations, and known abuse patterns at signup.

    Photo and profile review

    A moderator reviews photos and profile text before publication. Duplicate-image detection flags pictures recycled from elsewhere.

    Document check

    Members can submit a government photo ID to confirm name, age, and country. The document is checked, then handled per our data policy.

    Live video confirmation

    A short live video check matches the person to the profile photos and earns the verified badge shown in search.

What gets an account removed

We remove accounts for fake or stolen photos, false identity details, requests for money or gift cards, commercial solicitation, and harassment. Removals are permanent, and a removed member cannot re-register with the same identity documents.

Why we are not a marriage agency

Here is the distinction that matters most for a skeptical reader. A marriage agency or introduction broker recruits women, controls contact, and sells you access to specific people. EuroPassions does none of that. Women register on their own, write their own profiles, and choose who they answer. We do not sell introductions, we do not act as an intermediary in your conversations, and we do not charge a fee per message or per contact. You pay for platform access, nothing more.

Two teams handle every member issue. Member Support covers registration problems, profile questions, search filters, and billing changes such as plan upgrades and cancellations. Trust & Safety handles verification submissions, member reports, blocked accounts, and suspected fraud.
