1. Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions form a binding agreement between you and EuroPassions, the operator of top10bestonlinedatingsites.com. By creating an account, browsing member profiles, or purchasing a membership, you accept these terms in full. If you do not accept them, do not use the service. These terms took effect on 05/08/2026 and replace all earlier versions. They should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old to register. EuroPassions is an adults-only service and accounts belonging to minors are removed immediately without refund.

• One account per person. Duplicate accounts may be merged or closed.
• All registration details - name, age, country, marital status, and relationship goal - must be accurate and kept current.
• You are responsible for your password and for every action taken through your account. Notify us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.
• We may request government-issued identification or a live video confirmation to verify an account, investigate a report, or release a held payment.
• You may not transfer, sell, or share your account with another person.

3. Member Conduct and Prohibited Content

EuroPassions exists for members with serious relationship intentions. The following are prohibited on the platform and in messages sent through it:

• Harassment or abuse - threats, hate speech, stalking, or repeated contact after someone blocks you.
• Impersonation - using another person's photos, name, or identity documents.
• Soliciting money - asking any member for cash, gift cards, crypto, wire transfers, travel funds, or loans.
• Commercial advertising - promoting websites, services, escort work, or affiliate links.
• Explicit content - sexually explicit photos or video, and any content involving minors.
• Scraping or automation - bots, crawlers, bulk data collection, or reverse engineering the platform.
• Off-platform payment requests - directing another member to pay you outside our checkout.

Enforcement is tiered. A first minor violation, such as an off-topic promotional message, receives a written warning. Repeat or moderate violations lead to a temporary suspension while we review your account. Fraud, impersonation, solicitation of money, or any content involving minors results in permanent removal without refund and, where the law requires it, a report to the relevant authorities.

4. Membership Plans, Subscription Prices and Auto-Renewal

Dating app subscription prices are displayed in US dollars on the checkout screen before you enter any payment details. The screen shows the plan term, the recurring amount, the renewal date, and any applicable sales tax calculated for your billing address. Nothing is added afterward.

Premium is a recurring subscription. It renews automatically at the end of each term at the same price and term length until you cancel. We send an email notice to your registered address at least seven days before each renewal charge, stating the amount and the date it will be taken. There are no per-message charges, no credit packs, and no charges for viewing a profile you can already see.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

You can cancel Premium yourself, in one click, from Account Settings → Membership. No phone call, no retention interview, and no email required. Cancellation takes effect immediately for billing purposes: the next renewal is stopped, and your Premium access continues until the end of the period you already paid for. Your profile stays active on the free plan afterward.

We offer a money-back guarantee on your first Premium purchase. If you request a refund within 14 days of the initial charge and have sent fewer than ten messages during that period, we refund the full amount. Renewal charges after the first term are not covered by the guarantee, but you can cancel before any renewal date to avoid them.

Send refund requests from your registered email address to [email protected], or use the billing channel listed on our contact page. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.

6. Intellectual Property and Member Content

The EuroPassions name, logo, site design, written guides, and software are owned by EuroPassions and protected by copyright and trademark law. As a member you receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the platform for your own dating search. You may not copy, republish, resell, or redistribute site content.

You keep ownership of the photos and profile text you upload. By uploading them you grant EuroPassions a non-exclusive license to display, store, and resize that content solely to operate the service. This license ends when you delete the content or close your account.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

EuroPassions provides introductions and communication tools. We do not guarantee outcomes. No platform can promise that you will receive replies, form a relationship, marry, or be compatible with any particular member.

Verification reduces risk but cannot eliminate it. Document checks, video confirmation, duplicate-image detection, and moderation raise the cost of fraud and remove offenders quickly, but you remain responsible for your own judgment. Always take a video call before you travel.

You are solely responsible for your travel arrangements, visas, immigration paperwork, accommodation, and any offline meeting you arrange. EuroPassions does not provide legal, immigration, tax, or financial advice, and nothing on this site - including our article on discussing relocation and future plans - is a substitute for a licensed attorney.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid EuroPassions in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Account Termination

You may close your account at any time from Account Settings. We may suspend or close an account for a breach of these terms, fraudulent payment activity, or a credible safety report. Except for fraud or safety removals, we give written notice by email and refund any unused portion of a prepaid term on a pro-rata basis. Data retention and deletion after closure are described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law, Changes and Contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless a mandatory consumer-protection law in your state of residence provides otherwise.

If we change these terms, we post the revised version here with a new update date and email registered members at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the revised terms. Billing changes never apply retroactively to a term you already paid for.
